Quality Assurance

​Strict quality control in accordance with ISO 9001
Our company controls the quality of orders as the details below. First, we will discuss the order details with the buyers to clear all the possible outstanding points. Then we will make counter samples for buyers to approve the size measurement, color, style and making. As soon as all the details are clear then we will start with mass production, and we will send out QC to the yarn-supplying factory to inspect yarn first. After knitting we will have our QC to inspect the gray fabric construction and quality. After dying, we will send our QC to inspect the color fastness, fabric weight and shrinkage rate. 

Before making, we will check the paper pattern, then start cutting and making. During the mass production we will check the stitching, and making and position of accessories. Then we will let all the goods pass the metal detector and put the mass goods into the export carton and ship them into the warehouse. 

Our QC will give a final report to each salesman after the delivery. If there is any quality problem, we will contact the buyers then and discus with buyers to solve the problem possibly exists.

    We are a pet products manufacturer and trading company. In fact, we have specialized in pet crate/cage/carrier and playpen industry since 2007. After 10 years’ development, now we have full connections in China on this business.

    Our factory is located in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, close to Shanghai.
    You can fly to Shanghai airport(2 and half hours to us) or Wuxi airport (60 mins to us) directly. You can also take a high-speed train to Suzhou station (30 mins to us), or Wuxi station (1.5 hours to us).
